On a peninsula where the default dinner is grilled snapper or stewed chicken, Tiger Beach Club serves tandoori. It is an Indian restaurant and bar sitting directly on the ocean, just north of Seine Bight village, and that combination, a clay-oven kitchen with the Caribbean a few steps from the table, is the reason to stop.
The kitchen works out of a tandoor. Chicken, lamb, and fish come off the oven and arrive in shareable bowls, set out alongside lentil dhal, chutneys, yogurt sauces, and spiced rice. It is food built for a table that passes plates around rather than guarding them, which suits a beach where dinner tends to run long.
What the Room Is Doing
The design leans all the way into an Indian and Bollywood theme: bold colors, layered patterns, and a bar carrying tiger imagery and neon Bollywood signage. It is a deliberate look, not a palapa that happens to have string lights, and it reads that way the moment you walk up off the sand.
The setting does the rest. This is a beachfront property, water on one side and the road north out of Seine Bight on the other. You get the tandoor's spice and a sea breeze in the same seat, which is not a pairing the next place down the beach is offering.
What to Order
Go for what the oven does. The tandoori dishes, chicken, lamb, or fish, are the center of the menu, and the bowls are meant to be shared. Round the table out with the dhal, the spiced rice, and the chutneys and yogurt sauces that come alongside. If you have never eaten Indian food on a Belizean beach, this is the plate to start with.

As with much of the peninsula, call ahead or check locally for current hours before you make the drive north; a beachfront kitchen keeps its own rhythm, and it is worth knowing the door is open before you go.
